- Follow File: watch a growing log update in place. Rotated logs are detected.

- Line tools: sort, remove duplicates, join, split, and trim; change case.
- Conversions: format or minify JSON, format XML, Base64 and URL encode/decode.
- EditorConfig support, and indentation detected from each file.
- Auto-closing brackets and quotes, and every occurrence of the selected word highlighted.

- Split view uses the full editor in both panes, and commands act on the pane you are in.
- Typing in large documents is faster, and crash recovery no longer re-reads huge files.
- Folder sync keeps going past a file it cannot copy and reports each one.
- Files that are not valid UTF-8 fall back to Windows-1252, so legacy punctuation displays correctly.
